Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. ping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at info@kyro-thehague.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve it at no extra cost to you.
