Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging

- Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us via kyro-thehague.com.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
