How to measure yourself
Ask a friend to help, or measure yourself in front of a mirror using a flexible measuring tape. Make sure the tape sits straight around your body, snug but not too tight.
- Bust: measure around the fullest point of your chest
- Waist: measure around the narrowest point of your waist
- Hip: measure around the widest point of your hips
